Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 June 2026
Plain-language terms, not legal advice. A starting point for an EU/Netherlands context that reflects how the site operates today; the owner should fill in the contact details below and have it reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Everyonewebsite (the “site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. There are no accounts — using the tools is what constitutes acceptance.
2. What the site is
Everyonewebsite offers free, browser-based utilities. Most tools run entirely on your device. The site is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising and optional donations. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to process content you have no right to process;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or break the site or its security;
- scrape, resell, or systematically harvest the site or its content beyond normal personal use;
- misuse the tools to infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to process with the tools and for ensuring you have the rights to do so.
4. Your content
We don’t claim ownership of anything you process with the tools. Because in-browser tools work locally, we generally never receive that content in the first place. You keep all rights to your inputs and outputs.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s own name, branding, design, and code are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to the owner or its licensors. Open-source components are used under their respective licences. You may use the tools for personal and commercial tasks, but you may not copy or rebrand the site itself without permission.
6. Advertising, donations & third-party links
The site may display ads and link to third-party websites. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. How ads and consent work is described in our Privacy Policy.
Donations are voluntary and don’t unlock any features. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own terms; because tips are gifts rather than purchases of a product, they are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Contact us if a donation was made in error.
7. No warranty
The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that results will be accurate, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will fit a particular purpose. Always double-check important results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law — including, where applicable, mandatory consumer protections under Dutch and EU law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the EU. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
